Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
The Magic Wanda Gmail extension helps you tag and update your GoHighLevel contacts from Gmail. This policy explains what it accesses and where that data goes.
What the extension accesses
- The sender of the email you currently have open in Gmail — name, email address, and subject line. It reads this only from the message you have open, and only while you are on
mail.google.com. - Your app URL— the web address of your own Magic Wanda app, which you enter on the extension's options page.
The extension does not read your full mailbox, message bodies, attachments, contacts, or any email other than the one you have open.
Where the data goes
When you open an email, the sender's name and email are sent only to the Magic Wanda app at the URL you configured. From there your app looks the contact up in your GoHighLevel account using credentials you provided to your app.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not send your data to any third party other than your own configured Magic Wanda app and, through it, your own GoHighLevel account.
- We do not use the data for advertising or profiling.
Data retention
The extension itself stores only your app URL (in Chrome storage). It keeps no history of the emails you open. Any contact data is handled by your Magic Wanda app and your GoHighLevel account under their respective policies.
Your control
- Change or remove your app URL anytime on the options page.
- Remove the extension to stop all access immediately.
