Getting started

  1. Sign in to your Magic Wanda account in the side panel.
  2. In Settings → GoHighLevel, confirm your account shows ● Connected.
  3. In Settings → Gmail Side-Panel, link the Gmail address you read email with. This is what routes your clicks to your account.
  4. Open Gmail, click any email, and the sender appears in the panel.

Common issues

The panel doesn't update when I click emails

Reload the Gmail tab (⌘R / Ctrl-R) — Gmail needs a fresh load after the extension is installed or updated. Then confirm your Gmail address is linked under Settings → Gmail Side-Panel.

It keeps asking me to sign in

Sign in inside the side panel the first time — the panel keeps its own session and will stay signed in afterward.

Everyone shows as “not in GHL”

Open Settings and confirm GoHighLevel shows Connected. Also check that the contact actually has that email address on file in GoHighLevel.

“This sub-account is not part of the Magic Wanda agency”

Magic Wanda runs on a GoHighLevel sub-account under our agency. Contact us at support@autocraftstudios.com and we'll set up or transfer your sub-account.

The panel says it can't reach the app

Click the extension icon, open Options, confirm the app URL is https://go.magicwanda.app, and press Send test.

What Magic Wanda can access

The extension reads only the sender of the email you currently have open (name, address, subject). It cannot read your mailbox, message bodies, or attachments. Your GoHighLevel credentials are stored encrypted and never leave the server. See the Privacy Policy.
